Hamburg entrepreneurs invest double-digit million figure in PINKTUM

Acceleration of the international growth strategy

The consulting company PAWLIK has acquired Hamburg-based investors for its e-learning provider PINKTUM by increasing its share capital and is accelerating the international growth strategy of its digital venture.

Several Hamburg-based entrepreneurs have invested a double-digit million figure in the e-learning provider PINKTUM, based in Hamburg and Munich, which offers e-learning for sustainable personnel development in companies. The investors include Daniel Crasemann, Jan Kuschnik and Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Jenckel.

"PINKTUM's international growth strategy is advancing into a booming market. We see considerable opportunities here and are very pleased to be involved in PINKTUM's success story," says Daniel Crasemann. The entrepreneurs took a stake in PINKTUM back in March of this year. A few months later, they agreed with the existing shareholders to expand their involvement. The largest shareholder remains PAWLIK Consultants, which holds around 70 percent of the PINKTUM shares.

Joachim Pawlik, CEO of the PAWLIK Group: "We are pleased with the trust our new shareholders, who are supporting our expansion into a growing market, place in us.”

According to Philipp Mehrtens, CSO of PINKTUM, areas of investment include new locations, an expansion of sales and marketing, and product developments that will further improve the learning journey in companies: "In addition to Spain, we are currently opening locations in France and the UK. Our team will be expanded by a total of 175 more employees by the end of next year, with most of the new positions being created in Hamburg."
